Full description of the position

POSITION SUMMARY:

Work with the CEO/Chairman, business development and the social media team to develop and maintain relationships with Bank supporters and business, government, and community organizations to grow the Bank and enhance the Banks reputation. Requires a high degree of confidentiality, initiative, strong verbal and written communication and technology skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES - essential job functions include but are not limited to:

1. Support the Banks business development efforts by working with business development and/or the social media team to reach out to new and existing customers via verbal and written communication. Respond to inquiries within one business day.

2. Manage B2B databases via salesforce to gather customer data, input and/or update customer profile. Play a pivotal part in our lead generation efforts by leveraging B2B contact database platforms to identify and generate high-quality contacts. Research and curate prospect lists, uncover key decision-makers, and implement outreach initiatives.

3. Schedule and/or attend virtual and in person meetings with CEO and other senior managers focused on developing new or maintaining existing business.

4. Travel required to attend conferences, participate in essential client meetings, and other business development activities.

5. Completion of marketing and other special projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Possess a strong understanding of B2B sales processes with a proven track record of successful prospecting, outreach and leveraging data-driven insights to drive business development efforts

Excellent analytical, computer (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.), contact data generation tools, and database management (i.e. Salesforce) skills

Strong skills

Requires strong administrative, verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and sales acumen.

Regular attendance

Travel by car, airplane, bus or train to other Bank offices and on occasion, to other sites to attend meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars, etc.

Salary Range: $1,923.07 - $2,307.69/Biweekly, which annualizes to $50,000 - $60,000
