We are establishing a new WA State Regional Sales Manager position for our award winning NeuBeam broadband residential and business services currently offered in six states. DNG is looking for a motivated and experienced sales leader to serve as a community ambassador and trusted advisor to our field sales organization. DNG has growing regional West Coast and Mid-Atlantic market footprints. NeuBeam services deliver diversified retail and large enterprise revenue streams from the companys fiber and wireless network operations in 6 states (WA, MD, VA, ID, OR, and WV).

The RSM is responsible for overseeing sales activity and sales operations for our markets within WA State. The primary objective is to drive revenue and increase market share by leading and managing a team of sales professionals. JOB DESCRIPTION

The position reports directly to the Director of Sales and Business Development and will work out of our Bellingham office primarily with regular visits to our Colville WA office. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives within a designated region. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence in alignment with the company's strategic goals. You will be tasked with developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and fostering strong customer relationships. Additionally, you will provide daily guidance, coaching, and support to your sales team to ensure their success and professional development. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and evaluating sales operational performance metrics in cooperation with the DNG Sales Performance Analyst. Track KPIs against the Company's operational plans and tactical/strategic goals to ensure alignment and focus.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills with a documented history of leading field based residential and small business sales teams. This position is suited for self-motivated individuals who enjoy the challenge of sales, have a knack for building relationships, like to be part of a winning team offering advanced telecommunication services and have a passion for customer service.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned region.
  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and social media to present NeuBeam offerings.
  • Analyzes weekly, monthly, and annual reports. Provides analyses to support the business as necessary.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to drive performance and meet sales objectives.
  • Identifies issues, analyzes available data and information, and recommends changes to management.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on growth potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to support sales initiatives and enhance customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
  • Provides user feedback to management and helps influence future systems enhancements.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Regular travel (up to 50%) is required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent job-related experience.
  • Must have good interpersonal, writing and communications skills.
  • Must be action and results-oriented, customer focused, a team player and adaptable.
  • Proven ability to compile, analyze and present material in a clear concise manner.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheets, SharePoint, RF propagation maps is desired but not required.
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of basic software packages.

Compensation:

  • Annual compensation $80,000-$95,000 annually DOE
  • Total target compensation (base + commission) $96,500 - $111,500
  • 17 days PTO and 10 paid holidays
