Essential Functions:

Build a strong reputation by achieving customer satisfaction and sales goals.

• Lead generation through prospecting, canvassing, referrals, and networking
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads
• Educating homeowners on our offerings and differentiating from other service providers and product offerings
• Conducting roof inspections, scoping the projects, and generating project estimates
• Assisting homeowners in the insurance claim process and meeting insurance adjusters.
• Achieve monthly quota for contracted sales

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in home services and/or direct to consumer
• Possess a high-energy personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and perform at an extremely high level
• Experience in roofing, construction, or insurance is helpful, but not required
• Comfortable climbing on roof with proper safety procedures and equipment
• Able to use or willing to learn to use drone for inspection

Work Environment:

You will be responsible for a variety of both on-site projects and office related tasks.

Position Type/Expected hours worked: This is a full-time position; some on-site projects are likely to require early mornings and late afternoons beyond a typical 9 to 5 job. Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance is required.
