Full description of the position

Job Title: Full-Time Sales Representative

Position Overview: Iron Door Works is an industry leader providing beautifully hand-crafted iron, aluminum, and steel doors and windows for residential and commercial building projects across the United States. As part of that effort, we are looking for a top-notch salesperson to help expand our rapidly growing business in the Full-Time Salesperson position. As a Salesperson, you will create and maintain relationships with new and existing customers from your first meeting all the way to the finished job. If you enjoy talking to people, are very organized, and pay close attention to details, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities:

- Provide information about company products and services to potential and existing customers

- Engage with new and long-term customers to resolve issues during the entire sales process

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using effective methods and tools in a timely manner

- Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions/alternatives in a timely manner

- Follow up on existing issues to ensure complete resolution of issues

- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

- Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies

- Go the extra mile to engage customers

What We are Looking For:

- Successful candidates may have a background in sales but must be able to communicate with new and potential customers to create business opportunity.

- Successful candidates multi-task and prioritize their tasks so they can manage their time effectively.

- Successful candidates have a track record of over-achieving quotas, and tend to be informative, helpful, and trustworthy.

- Successful candidates have strong interpersonal and phone communication skills and naturally practice active listening to inform, communicate, and resolve conflict.

- Successful candidates are familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and practices.

- Successful candidates must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite , Windows 10, internet usage, etc.).

- Successful candidates should have excellent presentation skills, as well as a smart phone with a data plan.

- Successful candidates are willing to travel when required and follow company policies and procedures.

Pay Rate:

- Pay is determined by sales commissions, although some temporary labor tasks may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
