Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them in selecting the right marine products.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest marine and powersports products and industry trends.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the dealership's success.

Salary: $45,000-$120,000 (Base Salary, Commission, Monthly Sales Goals
