Base salary: $65,000-$85,000

Plus commissions

Overview:
White Swan Farm Supply is a leading distributor of petroleum products, serving a diverse range of industries including transportation, agriculture, construction, and retail. We are committed to providing high-quality fuel solutions and exceptional service to our customers in the Yakima Valley and beyond.

Responsibilities:
-Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.

-Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

-Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

-Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.

-Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements.

-Communicate with dispatch to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues or concerns.

-Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

-Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Experience in business development and account management
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively market and sell technical products or services
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
