Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our customer base. This is a key role that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth

- Lead negotiations with clients to secure new contracts and partnerships

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management and delivery

- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide insights for business growth

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
