Full description of the position

Duties:

- Selling roofing and siding services to grow our client base and to maintain our current clients.

- Identify potential customers through market research and lead generation.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and account management.

- Determine the scope of work for each project and create clear formal proposals.

- Use negotiation skills to finalize contracts and satisfy both the company and clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed successfully and meet client needs.

- Keep up with industry trends and products to improve sales and marketing.

- Track sales, client meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM system efficiently.

Requirements:

- Strong sales acumen with a proven history of achieving and surpassing sales targets, preferably within the roofing or construction industries.

- Minimum 5 years in roofing and siding, with thorough product and service knowledge.

- Experienced in outside sales, skilled at lead conversion and building lasting client relationships.

- Skilled in CRM software like Job Nimbus for effective lead management and sales tracking.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for securing deals.

- Business-minded, always looking for growth and expansion opportunities.

- Knowledgeable about roofing and siding products to offer informed recommendations.

- Spanish fluency is a plus, enabling better communication with a wider range of clients.

- Competent in MS Office and basic computer tasks for proposal creation and appointment scheduling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
