Leader in disaster restoration is looking for a Co-Head of Sales

BCC Restoration started as an insurance disaster rebuild company in 2008 and our sister company Robinson Restoration opened our mitigation division shortly after. Job description:

Lead a team of sales staff to Promote and sell services in assigned territories, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Create and develop new strategies to grow and develop vendor base. Lead your team to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships by routinely contacting, visiting, and following up with vendors. Manage social media accounts and online marketing. Create marketing materials for company branded pamphlets and swag. Track and manage sales to better understand lead sources.

Necessary Experience and Skill Set:

  • A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience
  • Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector
  • Superb sales, customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business and financial background and process- and results-driven attitude
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required

Formal Education/Training:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend, stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time. Travel is up to 50%, primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be required.
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:
This is a full-time position working varying hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position may require longer hours, and some flexibility in hours may be needed dependent upon the business needs.

Total compensation package will be a base salary plus incentives and is anticipated to be around $150,000 annually.

Drivers License:

A valid US driver's license is required.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
