We offer a wide variety of outdoor lifestyle products that both enhance and assist a customers pool and spa experience.Our goal is to supply the best swimming pool and spa equipment and services, so our customers can enjoy the comfort of a well-maintained pool.

About You

The perfect Sales Coordinator enjoys a fast paced work environment and can juggle multiple priorities. They dont know what it means to sit back and wait because they are always proactively seeking out ways to be more efficient, get tasks completed on time, and provide excellent support to their team. They are problem solvers who save the day with their resourcefulness and ability to successfully navigate obstacles.

The Role

• Uses a pos system and cash register to ring up general sales for instore shoppers
• Assist with coordinating work order schedule once proposals are signed and parts are in
• Coordinates with Sales team and Management for proposals
• Owns maintenance of "General Service" inventory
• Co-Owns maintenance of "Weekly Maintenance Service" inventory (including schedule and contracts)
• Performs customer service and administrative functions at the store to ensure effective communication with management, callers, customers, and staff
• Answers company phones, provides information, and directs callers to the appropriate parties
• Expedites and ensures accuracy with all administrative correspondence
• Performs general data entry
• Responds efficiently with internal and external customers regarding the status of multiple documents and projects
• Works in partnership with a diverse employment environment
• Interacts effectively with internal and external customers
• Creates service work orders and invoicing
• Maintains pricing and signage on sales floor
• Maintains supplies of sales presentation materials, including promotional material and product brochures
• Works with other staff members to maintain store employee shared responsibilities such as: Weekly cleaning checklists, daily store checklists etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 45 per week
