Continued growth means new opportunity! Encore Senior Living is a manager and developer of assisted living and memory care communities. This new position within corporate accounting team will lead the payables team and support assist with accounting overflow. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 3- 5 years full cycle high volume accounts payable experience supporting both accounts payable, and monthly close. Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and YARDI experience a plus.

Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors
- Oversee the accounting team in processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions
- Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts
- Maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable
- Provide support for audits and financial reporting by preparing necessary documentation and reports
- Continuously improve processes and efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
