Mallard Construction & Roofing is seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will engage with clients, create customized proposals, and provide them with the roofing solutions they need. This role involves meeting potential and current clients in assigned territories, discussing their requirements, conducting product and service demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and keeping them informed about our latest offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify prospects within your assigned sales territory, maintaining a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals.
• Provide exceptional consultative sales and customer experiences to swiftly move prospects through the sales process.
• Keep sales and client databases updated with the latest information.
• Stay informed about industry developments by attending Mallard Construction & Roofing team meetings and training workshops.
• Negotiate effectively with potential and existing customers to secure sales.

Requirements:

• Preferred: Proven track record in outside sales.
• Computer literate and familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong negotiation, planning, and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
