Black Clover Enterprises, LLC is looking for an energetic, experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our company. This position is responsible for developing new business and existing customers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and will be motivated to make a difference in people's lives. Responsibilities

• Develop new business with existing and potential customers
• Reach out to customers via phone and email
• Get to know customers and identify their needs
• Offer solutions to customer satisfaction
• Manage customer accounts for revenue generation
• Follow up with customers after sales opportunities have been exhausted
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer accounts, products sold, and customer relationships.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts.
• Become an expert on the products offered by Black Clover and research emerging technologies, products, or companies that may affect the market.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets.

Compensation:

$25,000 per year base plus 5% commission on all sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
