Customer Sales Associate

• Responsible for the daily receipt and processing of orders and invoices.
• Handling all interactions with customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Reviewing order status, resolving customer issues, and providing suggestions on how to improve internal processes and enhance customer relations.
• Providing support to all maintenance of customer and inventory accounts as well as compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Notifies staff of and manages allocated and special products, ensuring an inventory and sales balance for the company.
• Generates weekly and monthly reports to support sales process and track market growth.
• Developing new sales opportunities by marketing, cold calling customers.
• Assisting customers requesting Accounts Receivable information.
• Maintain client sales database and execute customer agreements related to products and services.
• Support and actively lead incremental sales growth opportunities.

• Three (3) years of customer service experience.
• Dairy or beef industry background preferred.
• Has the ability to multi-task and manage multiple daily deadlines. With a focus on prioritizing and organizing tasks.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated initiative, strong work ethic and a desire to acquire new technical skills.
• Proficient in written and oral communication
• Ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
