Responsibilities:

- Meet with insurance adjusters on the rooftops
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering timely solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas

Experience required:

- Roofing sales
- Proven track record in technology sales or business development
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and maximize profitability
- Experience in outside sales, homeowner sales as well as B2B environment
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales activities
- Demonstrated ability to effectively market products and services to target audiences
- Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques is a plus
- Experience in account management is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
