Used Car Manager at Paoli Ford & Keyser Miller Ford!

The position reports directly to the General Sales Manager.

If so, Paoli Ford and Keyser Miller Ford, a premier automotive group located near the King of Prussia Mall, are looking for a talented and experienced Used Car Manager to join our team!

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading our used car department to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Overseeing the acquisition and appraisal of pre-owned vehicles
• Managing a team of used car sales professionals
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process for all used car customers
• Contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the dealerships

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in used car management
• Proven success in appraising and buying pre-owned vehicles
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A deep understanding of the used car market
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
