Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. Someone with proven leadership experience who is able to efficiently manage incoming and outgoing sales and motivate a team with the satisfaction of customers and sales growth being top priority at all times.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and overseeing the sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Duties:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and success rate
- Train and manage sales team
- Effectively listens, probes situations, analyzes needs, recommends or resolves issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in sales techniques
- Set daily goals and objectives for team members and help them achieve those goals
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Leadership team from time-to-time
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong background in negotiating and closing deals
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Demonstrated success in inside sales or business development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- 3+ years experience in a sales environment ideally in B2C
- 3+ years experience effectively leading a sales driven team
- A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop
- Willingness to serve others
- Ability to leverage team members to create a successful daily strategy.
