LOOKING FOR LUXURY HIGH END SALES CLOSER SUCH AS SOMEONE WHO HAS WORKED IN AUTOMOBILE DIRECT SALES OR REAL ESTATE SALES MUST BE ABLE TO SHOW SALES ABILITY ON PHONE

We are a medical office of 2 cosmetic surgeons and 1 internist seeking a position for medical receptionist who is highly motivated, expert in sales over the phone, confident speaker with excellent communication skills, knowledge in aesthetic procedures is also required such as botox, dermal fillers and plastic surgery.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Has a strong work ethic background and customer service/hospitality skills
• Positive attitude and passion to excel
• Answering phone calls in a professional manner and making appointments
• Performance will be evaluated on monthly basis
• Enjoy aesthetics and wearing makeup
• Experience working as a sales receptionist over the phone 1 year at least and converting potential clients to active patients in the clinic
• Excellent communication skills and hospitality skills required 1 year at least
• We require someone to have excellent phone management skills using multi-line telephone system.
• The job requirements will also include faxing medical documents and scanning medical documents into patient records.
• You must demonstrate your ability to make appointments and have the patient show up, the number of appointments employee creates and the number of patients who come to office will be recorded and performance will be looked at.
• Multi-task, work as a team as well as independently is also necessary.
• Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
• General knowledge of Botox, fillers, lasers is preferred but not required
• Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties

BONUS:

• In addition to base salary will receive bonuses based on performances which will be discussed at interview and based on experience

Computer skills of 1 year

High School or equivalent required.
