Ladies Sales Associate/Stylist

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote and sell products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Assist in inventory management and restocking

Skills:

- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and manage inventory effectively
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing and discounts
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers
- Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
