We are a family owned business looking for a results driven, motivated retail Flooring Sales associate responsible for all sales activities. We want to welcome someone who is dedicated to our family business and will treat it as their own. This successful candidate will be able to meet & exceed our expectations as well as the clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop strong relationships with customers and look for future opportunities.
• Provide outstanding customer service before and after a sale.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Qualify customers needs and provide product information and advice with honesty and integrity.
• Ability to work well with co-workers to provide proper customer service.
• Study literature to remain current with product offerings
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Reliable transportation
• Computer Skills
• Keep all store areas clean and organized.
• Home design a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Saturday 9-1

Education:

• Associates degree minimum

Experience:

• Retail sales: 2 years (Preferred)
