Morel Landscaping is a high-end residential landscape and materials company in Broadview Heights, OH. We have an excellent opportunity for a Landscape Sales Representative position for our enhancement and small design/build projects!

Our Landscape Sales Representative will work out of our Broadview Heights location. We offer a compensation package with significant earning potential and career growth opportunities, which includes an annual base salary of $65,000 - $70,000 plus commission with an earning potential of $85,000 - $100,000. This position also includes a benefits package and a company vehicle.

Responsibilities for Landscape Sales Representative, include but not limited to:

• Conducting in-depth client consultations to understand landscape needs;
• Preparing proposals and estimates for projects that meet client needs;
• Achieving sales targets for enhancement and design build projects;
• Coordinating the project transition with the Construction Manager to ensure seamless execution of client projects.

Requirements for the Landscape Sales Representative:

• 3+ years of experience in landscape sales with a preference for design build or enhancement experience;
• Excellent time management, organizational, and client relationship skills;
• Valid drivers license with a clear motor vehicle report is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
