Summary:

The RipTide Car Wash is seeking Sales Representatives to upsell our wash packages and encourage our customers to enroll in our unlimited wash club memberships at our pay stations. We offer competitive hourly rates and uncapped commission earnings for all unlimited wash club plans sold.

Job Schedule:

• weekends, 5 day work week

Pay:

• We typically start Sales Attendants at $15/hr. Candidates with prior car wash and/or sales experience are eligible for a higher hourly rate. There are opportunities for employees to receive raises periodically throughout the year (based on performance and other factors).
• Sales Attendants will receive a commission for each unlimited wash club plan they sell.
• There is NOT a cap on commission earnings!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Inform customers of the differences between our wash packages and the value in purchasing our unlimited wash club memberships.
• Explain promotional offerings to our customers (when applicable).
• Answer any questions customers may have regarding any wash amenities.
• Provide the best customer service possible.
• All other duties as assigned by the location management team.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work outside.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 40 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Spring Lake, NC 28390: Relocate before starting work (Required)
