As a Business Development Associate, you will be an advocate for your clients, continually enhancing, enriching, and serving your community. You will work with individuals and businesses in your community providing access to financial products and services that will protect their assets, help them understand their financial life, and build wealth for the future.

What youll be doing

• Working with clients to understand their goals, concerns, and current financial information.

• Analyzing information to create a strategy with appropriate products and services.

• Developing and maintaining a base of clients who value your input and guidance.

• Working with clients to keep their financial strategies current and aligned with their goals, building relationships with clients that will last for years.

• An Alliance Advisory Group FR contract includes a draw starting at $24,000; inexperienced FPs in their first four years earn $90K to $100K per year on average, including first year and renewal commissions; renewal commissions begin in year two.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
