We are looking for an Inside Customer Service Representative to join our team to cover our MN territory.

The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships, selling products, performing light accounting work, and providing top tier customer service. Some of the responsibilities will include:

• Answering phone lines and directing calls.

• Helping to sell lubricant and petroleum products via phone interactions to incoming call customers.

• Building and maintaining relationships with all customers via phone and walk in traffic.

• Boosting customer engagement with great verbal phone skills.

• Working with Microsoft suite of products.

• Light accounting and data entry.

• Maintaining a strong understanding of industry knowledge and trends.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year school (university or college) preferred, not required.

• 5+ years relevant experience, with a preferred focus on outside sales in HD, Commercial, PCO and Industrial lubrication sales

• Preferred experience in the oil and gas industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
