Qualifications

• Experience preferred
• Great customer service skills
• Self-starter and willingness to be a team player
• Valid U.S. driver's license required and approved Motor Vehicle Report
• Must pass drug and background pre-employment screening

Responsibilities

• Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries
• Greet customers
• Build rapport with customers
• Assist customers with vehicle selections
• Perform test drives and present vehicle product information, pricing, and incentives
• Close deals and introduce customers to finance managers
• Complete all paperwork
• Deliver vehicles
• Utilize dealership control and follow-up system and procedures
• Build a base of referrals to establish customer network
• Training will be provided
