```Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Door to Door Sales Person to join our team. As a Door to Door Sales Person, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products directly to customers in their homes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a sales-oriented environment.

This door to door job will not be selling anything. They will be scheduling appointments for a free insulation program provided by Prince George County. We work directly with PG county and PEPCO to help impliment the ERZ program that provides grants to install insulation.

Duties:

- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers

- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products

- Demonstrate product functionality and answer any questions or concerns

- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM system

- Analyze market trends and identify potential sales opportunities

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in technical sales or outside sales is preferred

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets

- Ability to analyze market data and identify trends

- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software

Pay: $20.00 per hour
