We are looking to add new talent to our sales team. Candidates need to have an inclination for sales. Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required. Starting salary $45,000-$60,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial insurance sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial insurance sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant industry certifications and licenses (if applicable) will be an advantage.
