Areias Systems, Inc. a contract manufacturer, is searching for an Outside Sales representative in the Silicone Valley area. We specialize in supporting our customers with the design and assembly of OEM equipment; with core competency in electrical and controls design. Our customers are industries in the area including semiconductor, medical device, biotech, renewable energy, and transportation.

Our facility is located in Santa Cruz County.

This position will work remotely the majority of the time reporting to the VP of Sales.

Responsibilities:

• - Generate quoting opportunities for electro-mechanical sub-assemblies.
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• - Network with suppliers.
• -Participate in weekly Sales Meetings.
• -Develop and implement quarterly rolling prospecting strategy.
• -Focus is medical device, semiconductor, and other high-tech companies in Silicon Valley.

Experience:

• - Proven experience in outside sales or a related field. Desired experience: 5 years of technical sales
• - This is a great opportunity for a technical individual with an outgoing personality. This position will include a combination of technical skills and problem solving while interfacing with other engineers on a regular basis.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
