Insurance Sales Agent

**This is a fully commission role**

**Hybrid remote- Monday and Friday trainings in office in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Tue, Wed, and Thurs you will be canvassing or work from home.**

Insurance Sales Agent Requirements:

• Life, Accident, & Health required/ If not licensed we do help with that and fully train
• Provide good customer service to maintain and retain clients.
• Must have a means of transportation to the office in Rancho Cucamonga 2 or 3 days out the week
• Bilingual - English/Spanish speaking - a plus
• Expand customer base
• High school Diploma or above ( Optional )
• Successful track record No Felonies or Misdemeanor ( ON RECORD )
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Self-motivated
• Entrepreneur mindset
• Proactive in problem solving
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers/ Provide advice to clients and recommend insurance products

Insurance Sales Agent Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
