Experience Required:

Experience in some aspect of home construction and/or home improvement industry preferred

o If no direct experience in a related industry, then demonstrated success in at least 2 different industries

Proven track record for having grown a sales organization with multiple locations

o Experienced with developing an effective organizational structure to support rapid growth

Exceptional management skills

o Data driven perspective

o Fluent in the systems needed to support the sales function

o Experience developing the processes and systems needed

Exceptional leadership skills

o Demonstrated experience growing the capability of individuals

o Ability to lead a team to continuously improve its performance

At least 10 years of experience

Experience in both B2B and B2C sales

Strong computer and data analysis skills

Pay: $140,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
