Full description of the position

Responsibilities

Developing new customers, gathering, and delving into customer information, and unearthing intricate customer needs.

Maintain a strong rapport with existing customers to deliver top-notch services and foster heightened customer satisfaction.

Efficiently introduce our products and solutions to customers and provide them with professional product demonstrations and training.

Collaborating closely with the adept sales team to mold sales objectives and ingenious strategies.

Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation.

Oversee the warehouse, and responsible for managing inventory.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or above (required), dental related field will be strongly preferred.

Experience working with distributors preferred.

Proven track record of consistently overperforming and exceeding targets.

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Documented track record of success, including high rankings within the sales force with various accomplishments distinguishing you from the others.

Experience managing own quota.

Enjoys working collaboratively.

High energy, self-driven, and ability to work autonomously.

Ability to adapt to rapidly changing market environments while also possessing exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
