The role involves developing new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting our brand in the Nashville, TN area.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify project bidding opportunities.
• Establish and nurture direct customer relationships.
• Generate business through effective networking and prospecting.
• Deliver and present project proposals personally to clients.
• Provide accurate scope and recommendations to customers.
• Expand technical knowledge in the industry and project-specific areas.
• Lead the company's efforts towards a customer-centric attitude and service.
• Promote the Rackley Roofing brand in the marketplace.
• Availability to work during core business hours (8am-5pm) and some nights and weekends as required.
