Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative with a strong understanding of the off-price retail sector to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with key accounts like Nordstrom Rack and other off-price retailers.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to off-price retailers, including Nordstrom Rack, to meet and exceed sales goals.

2. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients while identifying and acquiring new accounts.

3. Understand customer needs and trends within the off-price retail sector, and deliver solutions that meet those needs.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

5. Provide input on product development and branding based on market trends and customer feedback.

6. Regularly report on sales results, market conditions, and competition data to the sales director and other senior leaders.

7. Attend industry events to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2. A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the apparel industry, with a focus on off-price retail.

3. Proven track record of managing large and complex accounts, specifically Nordstrom Rack and similar retailers.

4. Excellent negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.

5. A deep understanding of the off-price retail market and its customers.

6. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
