Salaried Real Estate Sales Agent

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, a valid real estate license, exceptional phone skills, and a passion for driving results. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed to accommodate client schedules.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain leads through various channels and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

2. Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase properties to prospective buyers.

3. Negotiate sales contracts and handle maintaining transaction process from initial contact to closing. You will have assistance through our transaction coordination staff.

4. Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

5. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry best practices to advise clients effectively.

6. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team culture.

7 Attend Sales Trainings and Role Play sessions during the week.

Requirements:

1. Valid real estate license in Florida 2+ years.

2. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry. 3+ sales in last 12 months.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Willingness to work weekends and evenings to accommodate client schedules.

6. Coachable attitude with a desire to continuously improve and adapt to market changes.

7. Passion for sales and helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
