Position Description

Thomco is currently growing and seeking to fill a few positions for a full-time Inside Sales Representative to work onsite at our corporate headquarters in Suwanee, GA. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business in a B2B sales environment, building and fostering successful customer relationships, and driving growth and customer satisfaction. This individual will also work closely with an outside sales representative to help support customer accounts.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting Annual Salary: $45,000 plus incentive pay

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• At least two years of proven sales experience, preferably in industrial distribution or similar industry
• B2B sales and customer service experience
• Must be sales and customer service driven with a desire to achieve sales quotas and targets
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at one time
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team environment
