This is a salaried management position.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively lead/manage the sales department: recruit, hire, evaluate, train, develop, and retain a coachable, productive and highly engaged sales team
• Develop and maintain current knowledge of policies, programs, pricing, and products
• Hold your team accountable by goal setting, coaching, and performance monitoring
• Create ideas to keep team motivated to perform
• Monitor, update, and report on progress on a regular basis
• Participate actively in the leadership of the company as a member of the company leadership team

Skills and qualifications:

• 7+ years in a sales leadership role with track record of building, coaching, and managing high performance teams
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications, are required
• Familiar with CRM software applications
• Experience communicating with senior leaders
• Real Estate experienced a plus
• Goal-driven
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
• Positive mindset and great attitude
• Willing to ask a lot of questions
• Coachable
