Stahl & Associates Insurance, a Higginbotham Insurance partner, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Lakeland, FL.
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic insurance professional who can provide superior service to our commercial clients, while enjoying a collaborative culture and excellent work/life balance! This individual will work closely with our top sales executives and other Commercial Lines support staff to service a robust book of sophisticated medium to large P&C accounts, with a heavy focus on Manufacturing, Auto Dealers, and Professional risks, ensuring total client satisfaction and account retention. This includes handling tasks from A to Z, such as actively engaging in the renewal process, assisting with marketing decisions, rating and quoting of new and renewal business, negotiating with underwriters to secure appropriate quotes and coverage, addressing client and carrier questions and requests in a timely manner, and frequently interacting with key client contacts and carrier representatives. Other duties include checking accuracy of policies, processing endorsements, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of correspondence, applications, quotes and marketing information in accordance with company workflows and procedures, and issuing certificates of insurance, as needed.

Required Experience:
- At least 5 years insurance experience required, preferably as a Senior Account Manager or Account Manager with an independent agency
- Agency Management System experience required; AMS 360 and/or EPIC experience preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Must have a current FL 2-20 P&C license
- Professional designations, such as CIC, are highly desired but not required
