Are you a driven and passionate roofing sales professional eager to make money? Wrens Roofing is seeking experienced roofing sales professionals to join our team.

Wrens Roofing is a small family owned roofing company located in Villa Rica, GA. Our goal is to provide an extremely comfortable living for our employees, while providing exceptional service for our customers.

This is a commission only based position with the opportunity for monthly and yearly bonuses.

MUST HAVES:

• Roofing sales experience and door to door sales experience
• Reliable transportation - preferably a pick-up truck
• The ability to scale ladders and roofs on a daily basis

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outside sales activities, such as door knocking and networking, to generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular communication and account management
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through technical sales knowledge
• Meet or exceed sales targets by actively prospecting and closing sales deals
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer information

Skills:

• Proven experience in roofing sales
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent analytical skills to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
• Demonstrated ability to manage accounts and drive business development efforts
• Effective negotiation skills to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets
• Proficient in using CRM software for managing sales activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
