Are you passionate about connecting with people and creating a vibrant and enriching community? Were seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Director to join our team at Chateau La Jolla, a premier family-owned 55+ Independent Living community located in the heart of La Jolla.
As our Sales & Marketing Director, youll lead the charge in showcasing the unique lifestyle our community offers, fostering meaningful connections with potential residents, and driving sales growth. Youll have the opportunity to:
Develop & implement innovative marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
Plan & host events to showcase our community to the wider community
Cultivate relationships with local businesses, organizations, and referral partners
Responsibilities:
Engage prospects and qualify through interviews and assessing needs and wants
Tour prospects through community and apartments, apply product knowledge to clients needs by communicating relevant features and benefits
Maintain contact with prospects that have not made a commitment and continue to develop relationship, address concerns and needs
Monitor advertising effectiveness, and make adjustments as necessary
Prepare monthly reports & forecasts
Input, organize, and prioritize information in CRM database accurately, and on a timely basis, generating reports as necessary or requested
Meet or exceed expectations for daily telephone call quotas, sales appointments, tours, on-site & off-site sales activities, and other sales related performance metrics
Facilitate outreach marketing activities on a regular basis to generate prospective residents, referrals from outside professionals and organizations. Increase community awareness of Chateau La Jolla
Utilize strong closing skills to convert leads into sales, guiding potential members through the decision-making process with professionalism and empathy
Requirements:
Understanding of the 55+ demographic and their unique preferences & needs
Strong leadership skills with self-starter motivation
Excellent communication & negotiation skills all while building trust and rapport with future residents
Develop & advance business relationships within the community to generate professional referrals
Proven track record in sales
Benefits:
Competitive base salary of $70,000+ with a performance-based incentive plan
