About us

Trailside Recreation is a bike shop providing repairs, rentals, and sales along the interurban trail in Mequon. We offer a diverse line of bikes and electric bikes from well established brands, along with a variety of accessories and related equipment.

We are seeking an Sales Associate from the upcoming spring season!

If you are passionate about the bike industry or are willing to learn please apply!

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with product selection by demonstrating product knowledge
• Merchandising and tracking inventory
• Scheduling and coordinating customer appointments
• Assisting in e-commerce operations
• Minor service/repair work

This position has seasonal hours, applicants should expect 20-30 hours March-November and 10-15 hours November-February.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience
• Previous retail sales experience highly preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Drivers license

Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly pay PLUS commissions! Base pay determined by experience.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 30 per week
