We will give you the training, materials and support you will need. Our sales manager will be with you daily, as you learn, to propel you to success! Prior construction experience is a plus.

This position is ideal for:

• Entrepreneurs / Self-Starters
• Skilled Professionals in Sales, Project Management, or Construction
• Ability to set your schedule and generate your own book of business
• Anyone who wants to make their 100-250K+ per year in the spring/summer/fall and have winters off! 150K per year is average.

What we provide and what the position includes:

• Unlimited PTO
• Uncapped commissions, your input is your output
• You will be provided initial/ongoing training, all marketing and attire (polos, jackets, hats, etc. . .)
• You will have a sales manager with you on a daily basis to support your clientele as well as ensure your success, or as needed
• Ability to effectively build and manage your book of business through self-generation and company provided leads
• Complete damage inspections and guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
• Coordinate with estimating and production team to ensure completion of the work (excluding: ordering & delivery of materials / permits, coordinate with any subs, estimating/supplementing)

Compensation:

• This position pays you based on your results
• 60 day sign on bonus + Commission
• Tiered commission structure that increases as you hit your goals

Your Qualifications:

• Must be reliable and performance driven
• Must be self-motivated / competitive mindset
• Must be able to efficiently manage your time based on our training
• Have a valid license and reliable transportation
• Be able to lift and climb a ladder
• Be able to communicate with all types of people
• Have a willingness to learn, utilize and execute our training
• Must own or be willing to acquire a Smartphone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $99,999.00 - $250,000.00 per year
