Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategically engage our Core partners and clients through daily, weekly, and monthly in-person meetings, phone calls, webinars, and emails.
  • Consistently grow and strengthen our Core partnership to increase the volume of inbound leads and opportunities.
  • Manage and strategically nurture leads and opportunities referred by our Core partner.
  • Routinely host webinars and meetings to present our business solutions and services to our Core partner and their clients.
  • Manage Core partner inquiries originating from internal marketing campaigns.
  • Create quotes and provide sales and marketing assets to nurture clients and win opportunities.
  • Interact with other departments to ensure production timeframes and project delivery dates are feasible.
  • Partner with the projects team to transition won projects to the appropriate stage.
  • Manage a wide variety of leads from marketing campaigns, email and website inquiries, inbound phone calls, trade shows, events, and other miscellaneous channels.
  • Ensure that KPIs are consistently met and sales numbers are provided to your manager as requested.
  • Diligently and consistently keep notes and schedule tasks in Salesforce to nurture potential leads and opportunities.
  • Provide assistance on miscellaneous projects and support other team members and departments as needed.
  • Domestic travel up to 30% is required.

Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in an account manager or sales role is required.
  • Strong familiarity with technology companies such as Apple, Best Buy, Samsung, etc.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices, mobile applications, and business solutions involving mobility.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a solid track record of nurturing and closing sales and meeting KPIs.
  • Mac/iOS user experience.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and use of hands and fingers in repetitive motions.
  • May occasionally need to lift or move up to 25 pounds.

This is a full-time and on-site position, office hours are 7am-4pm M-F.
