A Green Balance Sales & Office Administrator can
- Stand out as the voice of Green Balance Pest Control. We are looking for an energetic and engaging individual that can identify client needs and will be capable of explaining why our services will provide the best solution. Sales experience is a MUST.
- Meet Monthly Sales Goals. This is hybrid inside sales position. Consistant lead flow and your ability to close will provide wonderful opportunities for commission and bonuses.
- Effectively communicate with customers, new and existing; by listening to clients, responding courteously and professionally as well as educating customers on expectations and client roles in living pest free.
- Manage scheduling tasks with efficiency in mind.
- Represent the services and culture of Green Balance with energy and effective communication skills to existing and prospective clients. We are honest in all our doings and expect the same from our staff.
- Must be organized and maintain great communication with rest of the team. If we are all communicating properly then we can truly support and rely on each other.
- Further technical and sales training will be provided but there must be a desire and aptitude to learn.
The schedule at the office:
- Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. Work will be done at the company office.

Who we are looking for:
You will do well as a Sales Administrator if you:
- Have Sales Experience.
- Have the ambition to contribute to a growing company
- Can learn new skills in a positive environment.
- Capable of using client relationship management software.
- Exemplify excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a High school education and proficient in English Language.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
