```Job Overview```
-We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team. Also, looking for someone who wants to work in a Hall of Fame Agency that was top in the company who can potentially own their own insurance office or be a long-term sales advisor!

-NEED to write property and casualty insurance licensed and ideally bilingual

-Kaiser health insurance included.

```Duties```
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to attract new clients
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close deals
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and insurance providers

```Skills```
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with clients and insurance providers
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele
- Retail sales experience is a plus, as it demonstrates the ability to engage customers and close sales
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make informed business decisions
- Ability to market insurance products effectively to attract new clients
