ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

Coulter Nissan Surprise is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager!!! Bilingual a plus!! We are looking for stability and a Proven, Successful track record with minimum of 2-5 years in Automotive sales or 1-2 years of Automotive Managment in a franchise dealership!! The Ideal Candidate will have: The ability to close customers - Experience in Sales and Leadership Qualities. - Competency in establishing client relationships. - Ability to motivate and train an effective sales team. - Able to make and keep people accountable for daily tasks. - Proficient in operating a CRM systems ie.. Eleads, Dealer Socket, Red Bumper ect. - Appears for work on time, dressed appropriately and ready to work. - Interacts effectively with co-workers. - Understands and follows posted work rules and procedures and all company policies. * Valid AZ driver's license and a good background check required.
