Resource Options is looking for an inside sales/estimator to join our team in Rhode Island. This is a versatile position encompassing sales, estimating, and project management duties. The ideal candidate should be inherently self-reliant, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The main objective of this position is to cater to customer needs through adept sales and estimating.

Position Responsibilities:

Directly manage relationships with strategic accounts, assigned by the management team, providing a full-service approach.

Generate new opportunities.

Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.

Perform quality checks on products and services.

Monitor and report on sales activities.

Monitor competitors and market conditions.

Project Management:

Work closely with Branch Manager and Account Managers post-sale operations, including submittal packages, logistics and technical support.

Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of new and ongoing projects.

Ensure timeframe targets and budgets are met.

Estimating:

Conduct material takeoffs from engineered plans.

Work closely with Branch Manager and Manufactures to establish project pricing, ensure project specifications and timelines are met and identify new product opportunities

Qualifications

Prior waterworks experience preferred.

Ability to comprehend intricate technical specifications, manage multiple complex projects concurrently, and excel in time management and problem-solving.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
