Manufacturers represented are Yale Forklifts, Taylor-Dunn personnel carriers, Capacity trailer spotters, JLG, Genie Scissor lifts, Landoll Narrow Aisle equipment, batteries, chargers, storage racking, automation equipment, attachments, and complete line of material handling equipment.

YES Equipment & Services is looking for Sales and Marketing coordinator to support our sales department goals. Which includes market-leading Yale forklifts and a complete line of material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

Development of Marketing Materials and Support of the sales coordination department

Execution of marketing materials

Development of both print and digital media areas of marketing/communication

Assist with Developing action plans to reach our goals

Execution of improving our organizations brand

Manage all incoming/outgoing inventory.

Process sales and service orders

Create work orders

Invoice customer orders

Scan and filing paperwork

Communication with shop and sales group

Ordering equipment

Skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Specializing in social media marketing, brand messaging, storytelling, creativity

Experience with working in a Team setting

Ability to handle multiple tasks, with short and long deadlines

• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• We use constant contact, Quark software, Adobe Creative Suite, and or InDesign
• Highly motivated and target driven.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $20.00-$25.00
