Capital Construction Contracting /Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by Capital, the leading home improvement company in New England, is seeking energetic and motivated part-time Field Marketing Representatives to join our Marketing team.

Capital's field marketing division is responsible to represent Capital Construction/ Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by Capital at select consumer venues. Selected candidates will work on-site at a variety of pre-scheduled venues such as home shows, town fairs, festivals, and targeted consumer events in South of Boston, South Shore areas. As one of the first lines of customer interaction, your primary role is to generate leads and no obligation appointments through engagement with homeowners.

• High level of energy - must be able to withstand long periods of engagement and ability to spend 3-6 hours on your feet in a booth space

Responsibilities:

• Be the face of Capital Construction and Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. Meet hundreds of homeowners and generate LEADS by offering appointments for our sales team to provide in-home product demonstrations and quotes.

Compensation:

• Competitive base pay and unlimited bonus structure
• $20- $30 per hour

Schedule:

• Part-Time
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
