Here's what we do:

When a customer looks for a car (truck or SUV) online and either emails or calls to ask questions, our team works with that customer providing information and answering questions. We set appointments for those customers to meet with our manager who introduces him to our great sales team who helps the customer leave in that vehicle!

It requires awesome phone skills and the ability to communicate well through email. You will need to use several different computer systems along the way so someone who loves technology is a great fit.

Our Internet Sales Team works hard and has fun doing it. We love helping our customers find the car of their dreams and are anxious to find someone who is motivated to join us. There is room for growth, both in money (always a good thing) and any areas you want to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and interact with potential customers through various digital channels, including email, chat, social media, and website inquiries
• Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers
• Setting sales appointments and working follow up tasks for approximately 250 leads per month
• Respond promptly to online sales leads and follow up with potential customers to guide and convert them into vehicle sales opportunities
• Assist customers in vehicle selection based on their needs
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• People person - our agents engage in frequent phone interactions with the public, making it crucial to enjoy working with people, even during challenging moments
• Details oriented- If you make the same mistakes over and over after counseling you won't succeed in this job.
• Collaboration with other sales associates, finance team, and departments to achieve common sales goals
• Valid drivers license, satisfactory background check results and clean driving record
