Local student housing Management Company currently has an opportunity for a Full-time Leasing Agent to join our dynamic leasing team.

POSITION LOCATION: Ithaca

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leasing Agent will be responsible for performing multiple tasks as it relates to maintaining strong resident relations and capturing new leads to meet company-wide goal of maximum occupancy.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Perform the following tasks with a positive attitude and high-level of professionalism:

• Answer incoming phone calls & e-mails.
• Greeting all in-person walk-ins in a timely fashion.
• Perform apartment showings both in-person and virtually.
• Respond quickly and thoughtfully to resident questions and/or concerns with an ability to comprehend when circumstances should be escalated to the managerial level.
• Generate lease agreements and executing lease signings.
• Utilize Yardi & Rent Caf property management software to track apartment availability, leasing activity, generate lease agreements, and run data reports.
• Assist in apartment inspections during turn-over seasons.
• Work closely and effectively with maintenance staff in order to ensure completion of maintenance requests.
• Generate and deliver important notices to residents regarding community updates, renewal information and more.
• Assist in the execution of social media and marketing events and strategies.

REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or GED

2 years of relevant work experience including strong customer service skills, direct sales or leasing experience preferred

Strong computer and internet skills including all MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Yardi experience preferred

Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.

Availability to work weekends

Driver's License (Required)

Compensation commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
